He taught me things nobody should
He helped me see the other side
He took me for a wild ride
He shared with me his very firsts
He let me love him at his worst
He loved me like nobody had
He brought me closer to my dad
He questioned everything in sight
He was my mourning and my knight
He saved the curled chips just for me
He showed me how to love the sea
He held me tighter than the most
He led me to a nightly toast
He had a lot he chose to hide

He sometimes visits in a dream
